Q1: What is the duration for an event?

4 hours (exclusive of set up time).

Additional charges will incur for over time at rm250/hr.

Q2. Any halal products?

Our food are made with halal sourced ingredients.

Q3. Where is Sago located?

We don't have a physical store, contact us for more details.

Q4. How do I pay for my bookings?

Payment of a 50% booking deposit is required 2 weeks prior to the event. Deposit will not be refunded on any cancellation within 48 hours.

Q5. Can I order from any location?

Yes, we are based in Klang valley and we provide services to any location in Malaysia.

For Contactless Catering

Q1. Can I self pick-up?

No pick up, delivery only. Please schedule at the time that you are going to eat, so that the food arrives hot and no reheating is required.

Q2. How to order?

We do not have manual or phone orders, Online order only. CLICK HERE. Simply sign up and customize your own menu. Pay online via credit card/bank transfer to confirm your catering order.

Q2. How much in advance to order?

Minimum 48 hours notice is required.

Q2. What is the recommended way to order?

Each dish feeds 4-5 pax. If you have 15 pax then simply order 3 portions. However if you are going for more variety, then you can reduce it to

2 portions.

Q2. How to serve the dishes?

All dishes that are ordered from Sago come ready to serve, there is no need to replate these dishes as most dishes come in earthen ware.
